The Eastside Youth Forum

After the drunk driving death of a Seattle teen rocked our community, an idea was born for a community outreach forum to address the safety, well-being, and behaviors of our local youth.

Organizers hosted a community outreach program called the Eastside Youth Forum at Bellevue’s Meydenbauer Center, where they hope local leaders, sports stars, teachers, parents, and teens can come together to discuss issues ranging from eating disorders and addiction to depression and impaired driving.

By embracing open communication and honest education, their community outreach forum helped make the Seattle suburbs a safer place for us all!

With just three months until the launch of the inaugural event, Eastside Youth Forum came to us needing an entire brand strategy – including brand/visual identity design, social media strategy, periscope training, and a website.

We created a complete visual identity, brand system, social media strategy, and WordPress-powered website with the goal of easily facilitating event ticket sales, audience engagement, and email list.

Results

The Eastside Youth Forum successfully launched a community forum bringing together Sammamish Plateau teens, parents, and community leaders to explore the issues facing them on a daily basis.
